New Program : Actuar en Español

Cours Florent is launching a new professional training program for aspiring actors: "Actuar en Español. "Fully taught in Spanish", it provides students with a complete immersion in the richness of Hispanic and Latin American culture. 

The training is aimed at aspiring actors who already have a good level of Spanish. It is not necessary to have a previous acting experience to join the program. Taught by bilingual professional actors, the classes allow students to develop their artistic skills while strengthening their language proficiency. 

The curriculum is divided into 4 modules. The first module offers students the opportunity to create scenes in Spanish from non-theatrical texts. The second module focuses on scenes from the classical and modern Hispanic and Latin American repertory. The third module explores contemporary theater scenes, allowing each aspiring actor to develop their own artistic style and create individual scenes in a personal manner. Finally, the fourth module allows students to put the skills acquired throughout the year into practice through a public presentation. 

Students also have the opportunity to participate in optional workshops in French or English, such as improvisation, voice work, and dance. These workshops provide each student with the opportunity to delve deeper, enriching their range of complementary artistic skills. 

The program is accessible following an acting workshop (5/6 days), either in Spanish or another language. This workshop allows future students to discover the pedagogy of Cours Florent!
